WHITE HORSES, Jamaica -- Joseph Wagner Cook III, 41, a teacher and owner of a fishing and farming business in Jamaica, died Feb. 17, 1992, in White Horses, Jamaica.

Mr. Cook was a graduate of New Canaan High School in Connecticut and Transylvania College, Kentucky.

Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline Cook, White Horses; sons, Joshua Cook and Jessie Cook; mother, Ann C. Cook, Crystal River; brothers, Britton Cook, Greensboro, and Vance Cook, Gainesville; sister, Joann McMakin, Bay Village, Ohio.

Services and interment were held in White Horse.
