After NCHS I went New Hampshire to go to college and never left. I fell in love with the natural beauty and the lifestyle of New Hampshire. I married my college sweetheart (now divorced) and have two kids. After receiving my BA in Literature I worked for nearly three decades for United Parcel Service primarily in management positions.
Since my retirement I became involved with local politics. I have served as school board member at Mascoma Valley Regional School District.
I am currently serving my fifth three year term as Selectman in the Town of Grafton (which is known as the 'free town'). I am also a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives where I serve as Vice Chairman of the Environment and Agriculture committee.
